Impostor phenomenon refers to a collection of behaviours and negative feelings around the fear that you are not as good as others think you are. This experience is common in medicine, and it is correlated with a number of poor physician wellness outcomes. During this interactive session, attendees will learn more about the concept of imposter phenomenon while also being invited to reflect on and share their own experiences of imposter phenomenon and how it may impact their career.
